What does this look like?

Had two babies die tonight. No clue why but their bellies look like. Anyone seen this before?

That's horrible, I'm sorry for your loss. If they were kept on paper towels, I don't see how it could be impaction. Anymore details? Age, food, tub setup?

Setup was paper towel in mens iris shoe box tubs. Food was small to med mealworms and was 3 weeks old. The other night my thermometer had a temp spike and the rack temp went to 120 but I caught it fast and moved the geckos to another rack. Dunno if this was the cause but if so the geckos died 3 days later.

Possibly could of been the cause....

Temperatures of 120 degrees will cause death. It looks like the blood has pooled in the abdomen of the gecko after death, which is called lividity. I'm so sorry you lost your babies.
