Ive had my gecko Marley for the past few months. Since Ive had him he will not eat on his own. I feed him crickets that are not alive (Flukers brand) and mealworms. For the past few weeks I have been hand feeding him and that is the only way he will eat. There is poop in his cage but not as much as there should be... I am very worried about him and when I hand feed him it is all I can do to get him to eat 1 whole cricket. What could be wrong with him? He has a heat lamp and the temperature is 71 degrees. Help? :/

What kind of gecko? They usually won't eat food that's already dead so you'll need to get live which is also way healthier. For most species, 71 degrees is going to be too cold and they can't digest when they're too cold.
