What exactly is a blizzard?

I apologize in advance for these novice questions. Lauren and I have been puzzling over this for some time.

What exactly is a blizzard? We know it's a morph and we know what it looks like. We've looked it up online. What we can't figure out is what the heck makes a blizzard.

Is it like a cross between an albino and a mack snow or something? Or a cross between a murphy's patternless and a snow? Or a murphy's patternless and a super snow?

Ultimately we want mack snows. So we're wondering if we breed a blizzard, will it produce mack snow offsprings? Thanks in advance for putting up with my *pro* questions.

It is its own trait governed by its own gene.

It is not the Mack Snow trait, nor is it the Murphy Patternless trait. It is not connected to albinism.

Your Blizzard will not have MS offspring unless at least one of the parents also carries one copy of the Mack Snow gene.

Like Baoh said, the blizzard trait is a single genetic mutation and not a combo of anything... it is simple recessive. It is not the product of any snow or albino genetics.
I know you said you wanted Mack snows, but i would also suggest looking into TUG snows and Gem snows
