Looks like a Snow RAPTOR to me.

now i have two opinions and one is snow and the other not. what do other people think?

I`d say Mack Raptor - it only has the slightest orange dusting to it, which is becoming more of a common theme where hatchling Macks are concerned (that `ideally` would be pure white on hatching) that have been born from at least 1 strong coloured tang` parent.
