I hope they also arrested these kid's parents! Too bad mandatory sterilization can't be ordered for the stupid or useless. The good news is they are charged as adults.

A Dye pack exploded in the parking lot? What is that all about?

The cashiers put a dye pack in the bag with the money, typical in bank robberies. It exploded on the little turds while they were trying to get away.
Take a look at your money, sometimes you will get money with colored ink on it...chances are that money was at one time taken in a bank robbery. The money that isn't too badly inked up gets put back into circulation. The dye also gets all over the robbers, the getaway vehicle or whatever is near...makes it real easy to identify them!
