What is Art?

I never really considered Artemis as anything other than a normal until I saw someone post a photo of what apparently a "true normal" was and realised he didn't look anything like him. Is he anything in the way of morphs or is he just normal? Either way I love him to bits but I was just curious.

Looks like a Normal to me with maybe a little Tangerine influence.
