The reduced spotting on his legs is a sign of Tangerine also he has orange spotting, that can not be seen well in picture. Dorsal stripe i am not sure about, but the reason i said that is due to how his marking create sort of a strip down his back. But i was told by a lot of the Known breeders on her that he was Tangerine.

Tangerine is a loose term I guess now. Two years ago, when I bred upwards of 110 geckos that would be called a high yellow. Now, the reduced spotting on legs is what separates a high yellow from a normal. A tangerine should have a strong orange influence. This is not worth getting a large fight about I was just expressing what I know the morphs as. Honestly people can debate this forever until a group of breeders come together to write out what defines each morph as what it is. This has been dreamed of for years but even that may not solve the problem we face.

Good luck.

Oh i defenitley agree with you. He may not be fully tangerine but i do know he as a somewhat tang influence in him due to the orange tint on his rear leg and a couple of orange spots on him. i will try to get close up picture of those area' to post up later on. But i was wondering will breeding cause a males color to fade becuase he has just recently mated?

He looks like my high yellow as well. Not my tangerine. Also, at times my patternless develops orange on the base of the tail, she does not have any tangerine in her.

I dunno i have seen many of the breeder have tangs on there site that look like him so i am just not sure of what to call him right now. But to me the picture below of my female would be a high yellow.

Isn't that what you have? lol if anything I think the term hypo would be added to yours. I do believe hypo is reduced striping.

I think it was stated previously but I agree that morph terms are thrown around too losely.

I have also read that most high yellow morphs are muts. Where when breeding you might get some random morph out of them.
