What is he ?

I bought this guy from the pet store. He was labeled Hypo Tang albino. He looks like he could be an Aptor, what do you guys think Hypo Tang albino, Tremper, Aptor, Tangelo, other?

He is 9.5" long from head to tail and weights about 62g

I want to say Aptor. He needs a bit of weight put on him. He's cute though!

That is an APTOR. It has a thick tail but is lean. That could be from recent stress, under feeding, genetics or possible internal parasites?
