I had originally thought this was a RAPTOR... but now I am doubting myself!!
The parents are 33% possible het RAPTOR to a 66% possible het RAPTOR..
I couldn't get an eye shot, but it is ruby red...

It has a beautiful APTOR-ish Pattern, its very possible that it could be a RAPTOR, only time will tell. Along with Pics

Without an eye shot, we can't say.
Some Trempers can hatch with Reddish eyes that are not solid red RAPTOR eyes. Give it a few days to settle and try to get another good look (or photo) of the eyes.

if it is a RAPTOR I am going to laugh... they were both 1st time breeders... and the fact that they were both possible hets!!

I did see one of the eyes... and it was "glowing" red. I will post more pics next week!!
