What is my girl???

Can someone please tell me what she is? I was told she's a tangerine, but I don't know anything else.

The eyes are light brown (I want to say gold). They are really wild eyes.

Also, where can I go to learn more about genetics and morphs? I'm totally lost, so I would need beginner stuff! Is there a good web site?
