I have only owned geckos for 5 months, but in those 5 months I have read alottttttt of posts. Someone posted a pic like that a while back.

In their situation, it was right after mating. The male's (*coughing*) "stuff" touches the floor after mating before it is reabsorbed back into his body.

Since you have only 1 gecko, I don't need to ask if "they" are mating....but is it a boy?

If part of a gecko's insides are outside the rear vent for an extended amount of time, it is called a Prolapse. A temporary prolapse is normal after mating. If you see an "unplanned" prolapse, I would see a vet soon.

Does your leo defecate in or near the hide with the spot? It is kinda gross, but if you have a general idea what time of day your gecko poopies, try to watch the vent to see if any "insides" come out during poopy... If so, then watch to see how long they take to go back in.

Well I believe its a girl. And no nothing is ever sticking out. When she (I assume girl) poops she lifts her tail and then lowers it nd it looks normal. This is the 2nd time I have seen this.

I've had that happen once or twice, when one of my geckos lost the tip of their tail or a toe during a bad shed. They heal up pretty quickly, and it can be hard to spot if it's just the tip of a toe or tail. Might want to take a closer look, just in case something was overlooked.

(This actually happened during Nami's last shed, she kept picking at her one toe for a few days and leaving faint spots in her humid hide from it.)

I don't know what it would be. I would visually inspect all of your geckos and see if there is anything that looks even a bit awry with any of them. Pay particular attention to their vent areas in case someone has a prolapse. If nothing seems out of place and they are all acting normally I wouldn't worry too much :)
