This came out of one of our bigger females last night sometime. There was a bit of poop above it stuck to her hide, so urate? (The poop looked like an undigested mealworm though) It looks like something out of a sick human throat.. all of her other poops/curates have always looked fine. This is a first. She's pooped normally today, so I'm not too concerned, but wtf?

Using a zoo Med probe thermometer, taped to the bottom of the tub. Night temps drop to 94/70

If it's the yellow one which is somewhat square shaped, it's unreliable in my experience. I bought it a while back and compared it to my temp gun and a infra red one I have and the reading was always off.

Yes it is that one. And they are off 2-3* from taping a human mercury thermometer to the floor for a few minutes, but close.

Mine was off by more. Some days it read higher somedays lower. To be on the safe side it might be a good idea to invest in a temp gun or at least a better quality one.

So she left another one, much smaller this time. It had some pink (not blood looking) stuff in it as well this time. I'm wondering if it is regurgitation and that is why we are seeing normal poops as well.
What would cause a mucus and regurgitation if that's what this is??

She has never been bred and never laid, so I don't imagine, though it could be possible?

I know u will be surprised I wrote here, but I am am about the leos. So it looks like the jelly substance from a "fake egg". so tissue that did not develop. I keep a nesting place for all my females no matter what. They are housed alone, but some have died being egg bound from "fake eggs" because they have nowhere to put them.

It's rare, but it does happen.

Sometimes females will also pass unshelled eggs- this definitely looks like egg yolk and if passed out of the water will dry the same way an egg yolk dries on a plate - this can be a sign of trouble too, so if anyone ever sees this call your vet. If the egg wasn't completely passed out of the reptiles system some could be left behind to cause infection in the reptiles abdominal cavity ... that's the main reason why this could be a serious matter.
