What is this yellow blob moving free in my Leo's belly?

Hey all,

I believe my leo is still in a breeding stage but she has not eaten at all in the last 2-3 months and her belly is really big. She is the only leo we have and we have taken great care of her. She has not been bred or anything but her belly is pretty big for not eating in a long time.
In the last week or so I have noticed a small yellow dot in her belly that would disappear when I would turn her over on her back.
Today I held her above my head and saw the yellow dot, now a larger blob in her belly and it would move or flow around when I turned her in different ways.
I'm concerned that she might be in trouble.

Please look at this video I made of this blob moving in her belly.

Thanks

I don't know if this is it but look at magical geckos on Facebook he has a video of demonstrating how every now and again there will be a gecko that looks fat but won't eat and you actually have to squeeze this liquid out of then he said it only happens in hatchlings but someone in the comments said they did that with an adult again I don't know if that's what this is but it's worth a shot to look at

Without being there and actually inspecting her, no one is going to be able to tell you exactly what it is. If it is something that is worrying you, get her to a vet asap before it progresses into a problem for her.
