What kind of leo is this? Subspecies?

Saw this a +++++ as I passed by the display and was wondering if anyone knows if this is a macularius subspecies or just a weird high yellow or something else. View attachment 68240 Just for reference this is a small baby and usually baby leopard gecko bands don't turn into spots until theyr a little older and even then not to this extent (tons of spots). Some of the subspecies do already have spots at this age though so that's why I was wondering. It seems only to be only about 4 inches. I appreciate the help because I'm considering buying it but only if I know what it is. (I know peoples concerns and opinions about +++++ and I understand their concerns are sometimes reasonable, but I know this particular +++++ takes care of their reptiles. As you can see they at least have a full worm dish and are kept on carpet not sand like most stores)

No, it is not a pure subspecies. It is likely het for a trait like Blizzard or Murphy Patternless, which can make then very spotty, but absolutely no way to tell when buying a random gecko.

I know I say this all the time, but if you want to know what a leopard gecko is, buy it from a breeder who will tell your for certain. :)

Cool thank you for the help. I remember hearing that somewhere and yea I'm not gonna buy it. And like I said I understand the concerns about buying at +++++, especially the genetic unknowns involved.
