Hi everyone!

I saw a small little leopard gecko in my local pet store the other day and I fell in love with him/her. Now I am thinking about bringing it home since it was cute and so tiny compared to its siblings. I just wonder what morph he/she is. The guy at the pet store did now know for sure.

I am sorry for the bad quality of the pic - I just snapped a shot of him/her with my mobile camera

Thanks!

Probably a normal. As it grows up the bands will fade and it will probably have spots all over. There's a chance it could be a mack snow but its hard to tell from that picture.

Thanks! It has black spots so it probably isn´t a mack snow...Its yellow band down its neck caught my eye. Do you think that it will break up into random spots as well? It doesn´t show on this picture, but the yellow color almost seems to go into a greenish color. I just might bring it home anyway since it was so supercute!! Large and beautiful eyes :)

Not totally sure but I think the stripe will fade to spots. From what i've seen, mack snows can have black spots, the snow just tends to make the spots that are not black whiter or more muted in color. My male bold stripe snow has markings that are just as black as my non-snow bold. There are muted normals and bright snows so its hard to say which that might be without seeing the gecko as a hatchling.
