Picked this little one up on Monday as a rescue. Is about 4-5 months old I'm told. Size is about right for that age. They were told its albino but I'm pretty sure its not.

Solid dark red eyes in a leo would mean it is an albino and also an Eclipse, wouldn't it? Without the eclipse gene (or being a super snow), the albino's eyes have normal dark pupils and different colored irises depending on the strain of albino.

This is Slither. I was told he was an albino not sure what else other than he has the enigma gene and isn't doing so well for the last couple of months. His eyes are actually a pretty solid dark red but the color didn't come out right in the picture. Phone cameras lol.

Slither looks a heck of a lot like a super snow to me. I don't know how Enigma affects the SS coloration & eyes, but I don't see albino in that gecko. A SS albino of any type wouldn't have the black/dark spotting; it would be paler, from pinkish to a mocha color, depending on albino strain.

The rescue you posted looks like a pretty standard albino, likely Tremper but without knowing parentage it's just an educated guess.

The spots aren't actually that dark. They are a brownish color but for some reason they show up darker in the picture than they normally are. He's very thin and I'm only just now getting him to eat at a decent rate. I think this winter has played hell on their systems with it being as long as it is. We still have snow in June here. Gets warm (over 70 degrees) for a couple of days and then gets in the 40's again.

The people we got it from said they got it from a seller online backwaterreptiles.com. they said they ordered an albino male but I can't tell yet what sex it is. Very little critter. Probably about 4 1/2 to 5" from nose to end of tail.

The enigma gene gives eyes kind of an orangish hue. I've never seen one in person but I bet the black of a Super Snows eyes could make the orange look red. I don't think your super snow can be albino. The ones I've seen look a yellowish color with purple spots or pure white.

I was just on a photo spree so here's a pic of my Tremper sunglow's eye for comparison:
