Can anyone tell me what morph this is? I'm kind of new to crested and I have another quick question. It seems like he changes shades according to time of day. He goes from a light tan almost the same shade you can see on his back in the pictures during the day. While at night he turns a darker brown or dark olive color, is this possible/normal or am I just nuts?? Thanks in advance.

I would call his morph either a Flame or a low-grade Harlequin, but opinions may vary on which one. :)

The color changes are referred to as "Fired Up" (high contrast, dark) and "Fired Down" (low contrast, gray). Crested geckos have a natural ability to alter their color slightly based upon mood. You'll have to observe your gecko to see what triggers him to fire up, but when they are sleeping during the day, they often fire down and become lighter.
