Both have too many spots to be considered a hypo.
The lighter one looks like it may be a tangerine if it starts to get some orange color to it. The other darker one just looks like a normal to me.

It is still a bit early to say if the left one will turn out to be a hypo or not.... I vote hypo actually, but time will tell.
The right one is less likely to turn out hypo but he might surprise still.

I say the left one is on its way to be a hypo, maybe even a hypo tang baldy. How old is it? If it loses some spots on its back and ends up with less than 10 then it is a hypo. No spots is a super hypo, and no spots on its head is a baldy. The other looks like a normal or a high yellow normal

I've had them for about a month now. I have no idea how old they were when I got them. I'm hoping it turns out to be a hypo!
