Ok, so I have a Super Giant female that is still laying eggs (no male in with her). Hot side, cold side are temps they should be. She is by herself. I took her to the vet and he ran a fecal, came back with pinworms... ok, gave her Panacur for 4 days, then last night yogurt to get her "good" bacteria back on track. Today, I FINALLY got her to eat a live pinkie.... came back after a 4 hour work shift... and she threw it up. This is the second pinkie that she has thrown up and well, she basically can't keep anything down. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I am now lost. The pinworms should be taken care of... correct?

Yes. 4 days on panacure should kill just about every parasite in her. It's a broad spectrum dewormer. If for some reason you take another fecal in to test and it is still positive I would ask your vet about using ivermectin insted of panacure as it is specificlly geared towards pin worm, lung worm, heart worm, and all the other nasties except tapes and I think flat worm.

What else do you usually feed her aside of pinkies? Maybe that was just too big a meal on a freshly wormed system that is still restoring itself. Even with the use of probiotics it could take upwards of a month for her system to rebalance.
