What size container do you put your eggs in?

Just wondering if there was a specific size container you put your eggs in? Deli cups? 8oz,12oz,16oz, other? Tupperware and size?Other?

And how much medium do you put in the bottom of them?

8oz deli cups. I fill the container half way with vermiculite
