What size uth to use

Just picked up a 20 gal tank and lid for $10 at a garage sale. Was going to upgrade my males home. What size uth to use? Zoomed makes a 10-20gal, but it's only 6x8. The 30-40gal is 12x8. Which would better?

From what I've read it appears people with 20 gallon tanks go for the medium sized zoomed one (the 12x8).

I'm sort of new to this though (I'm in your boat, was just asking the same types of questions earlier today!)
