Unless it's a high quality from a specific line, you probably wouldn't be able to tell from looking at it. You would need to know the line from the breeder.
The tangerines I produce are not from a specific line so mine wouldn't be labeled as from one. The line only tells you where the parents came from. IMO its not good or bad but sometimes the line, for example a Blood tangerine, might give you some insight into how the animal will develop and hold it's color as an adult so people pay more for them. There is still individual variation so sometimes even a line doesn't give you this insight if the breeders were of low quality from that line anyhow. If it is a cross of two lines you won't get the same insight so it doesn't matter. There is no way to know whether it is or what it is unless the breeder bought his animals as a specific line.
