what the heck?

I woke up this morning and looked in Kilikina's tank and found something i've never seen before.. it's a light colored thing, i assumed she must have thrown it up? it's probably an inch or so long, and 1/4-1/2 inch thinck in the thickest part. any idea what's going on? she hasn't eaten in about 3 days, so i don't know why or what she would have thrown up. is she okay? any idea what's going on?? thanks..

i can post pictures if it will help, but won't have a chance until this evening.

p.s. she is kept on paper towel, so it won't have anything to do with sand/impaction

has she been sheeding ? sometimes the sheed comes "back up".

that's kind of what it looks like. i just wasn't sure because it's been probably 3-4 days since she last shed, so i assumed she would have digested that by now. thanks
