Yesterday when I was feeding my little ones and open one of the boxes I got a shock...sometime after the feeding tuesday and to the feeding yesterday, he had lost the tail :(
And eaten it...beacuse there was no tail to find in the box!

I take it that he is housed by himself. That is odd. Do you have any other pets that might have frightened him? I couldn't imagine a leo just dropping his tail so he could eat something. :main_huh:

Well, I don´t think he droped it beacuse he was hungry :) ( he had a lot of nice mealworms in his bowl).
Something must have frighten him, even though I have all my hatchlings housed one by one...and there is never other animals in the geckoroom! Except me...and that can be reason enough ;)

And the tail have probably moved after he droped it...and woow a nice orange tailworm!
