What to breed with?? Any Clues

Hi, I have a female Bell hybino (sory no pics as of yet). I Have the option to breed her with a Male Blizzard or a SHTCTB, but which one would give me the best results and what would the offspring be? I would love to get hold of a male Bell but trying to find one in the uk is proving to be futile..

Any Suggestions on breeding compatability with the 2 males I could use...

Breeding with the SHTCTB will give you some nice SHT(CTB)s het for Bell. If you breed with a Blizzard you're just going to hide all that beautiful color of the bell, in the blizzard. Unless you want to try to be the first person to produce a Bell Blazzing Blizzard, but that would take min two years.

Yep, I agree as well. It would kind of be a waste to breed a Hybino to a Blizzard...

The SHTCTB male would be the best choice :main_yes:
You would get SHTCT het bell (or het hybino as some people say).

The blizzard male would only be a good choice if your plan is to put some time into producing a double recessive morph, such as a blazing blizzard. The first generation would be hypoish banded high yellows/tangerines double het for bell and blizzard. If the babies from the first generation were bred togeather a year later you might get a blazing blizzard, but the chances arnt that great due to trait linkage.

Thanks for yout comments. So if I was to breed her to the SHTCTB I would only get SHT (B) Het Bells? I take it the Bell gene wouldnt be visible unless I was breeding her to a Bell Albino male. I'm liking the idea of potentially breeding to create a BB Bell as well tho, but I might just keep it simple and leave that to the pro's ..:main_laugh:
