Is this a normal house gecko?

That would be my best guess, or a meditteranean gecko. Im really not familiar with other geckos than leos and such, lol. It is cute! And tiny! Did you catch it?

Looks like a common house gecko (also known as bridled house gecko), Hemidactylus frenatus. Did you catch it in the Miami area? Here's some more information about the species:

Well then! I think it still looks like a house gecko of sorts, probably still in the Hemidactylus genus. Neat find though and nice photos!
