What type of roaches

I have 7 leos, 2 AFTs, and a beardie(hopefully 10-4-2 after sunday) and my guys/girls tear through crix and mealies. I hate the crickets and definately do not want to breed them, so I'm thinking roaches. I really don't know what kind. I want something that breeds quickly, I don't really care if they climb or not(although not would be better). How many should i get to start a colony? Feel free to throw in any extra info/sites that you deem necessary. Any help/suggestions would be wonderful!!

Lobsters climb and reproduce fast, I like the turistan, same size, reproduce fast but do not climb.

Dubias and discoids seem to be a popular choice but are larger.

I have dubias and discoids, both don't climb. Between the 2, I prefer the dubias, as they are more mellow. I think around 100 adults should produce enough for 10-4-2.
