out of curiosity, lets say for example i have 3 leos (2 males and 1 female)

male 1 - tremper
male 2 - mack snow
female - enigma

at the start of the breeding season (lets say January) i bred male 1 with female, they produced eggs. then i decided on April, i paired up the female with male 2. what would happen, will she still produce babies for male 1 or will she produce babies for male 2?

I'm not sure anyone can give you a definite answer, but I'll take an educated guess. Since leopard geckos can store sperm for a pretty substantial amount of time, I think the female would be able to fertilize eggs using both males' sperm. All in all, probably not the best idea if you want to keep track of your genes because you'd never know for sure which eggs came from which male.

You could achieve exactly the same thing by getting a tremper female and a mack female and breeding them to an enigma male.

You don't know unless the babies show a characteristics or gene that could only come from one male. If they are snows, for example, male 2 would have to be the dad. If they are not snow you will have no idea.
