The reason for that, is because it takes some line breeding to get a gecko to be a cream sickle, it just doesn’t happen in the F1 generation. If you selectively breed the offspring you could get some cream sickles though.

A creamsicle is a leo that both SHTCT + Mack gene so a mack snow super hypo tangerine carrottail..So the best way to get started is find the best Mack snow hypo-AKA-mack ghost and the best SHTCT the offspring will give you a very good starting point.

I keep seeing mack hypos referred to as mack ghosts. But wouldn't that only be correct if it was the ghost gene? I know a lot of people refer to real light hypos as ghost, but that's just not correct unless using the actual gene. I couldn't find anywhere that ghosts were used to create the creamsicle.
Is there more info out there on this cross where it was used? I would guess that an actual mack ghost x hypo would be very washed out looking and not bright at all like the creamsicle, but I could be wrong.

I forget which site (JMG maybe) I was at but I think they used Hypo Mack Snows. I am going to pair a female Hypo Mack Snow and Female Mack Snows. I have a Female SHTCT I am using for my Creamsicles as well. For Males I have a Mack Snow and a Hypo Tang Ct. Just buying 1 more male SHTCT(B).

Fork up the picks of that male when you get him! :)

I am planing on it. Just waiting for the male to be ready to buy. I think he is still incubating. Its from Electric Bloodlines. I am starting my pairing tonight. So I will have my Creamsicle project started.
