Just wondering what you would consider a calico leopard gecko to be. I have this one gecko that has blotches of highlighter orange on his body and blotches of white and kinda like an almost dirty jungle look. To me he looks very nice and was wondering what other people think about this "morph" coloration if it actual should be given the name.

his colors dont show up as nice as they really are. What do you think? parents are weird red stripe that also has the red blotches and has lavender, green dots throughout body X bold stripe with faint lavender patches in between black.
I also have this one guy that came from the same parents and he has nice lavender coloration and would like to know what you guys think? Might breed him to a "normal" with a bit of lavender on the back next year.

Just some nicies :main_laugh:

To me it just looks like a High Yellow with some Jungle in it, other then that it looks very promising, but to answer your question it would not be considered a seperate mutation in my book since this is only the first Generation.

Thanks :) I think next year I will breed him to his mother to see if I get some more and maybe get some of her green on those babies.
Thanks again Nigel
does anyone have something that would be a "calico"?
and what do you think of the "lavender" male? He is the only one who has kept it from the ones I held back, the others lost all or most after the first 2 months or so and he is now 4 + moths

To be completely honest it looks like a Regular High Yellow, but if you put a few years into Line-Breeding your lavender, I don't see why not.
But if I was to name a Morph a Calico the closest I could think of would be an Enigma.
