What's the ratio for using a small amount of Chlorhexidine?

I think it's 1 ounce to a gal but I want to dilute a smaller amount to use in a spray bottle. Anyone know? I'm lousy at math Also, I understand you can just spray it and wipe dry in a tank? Do you need to rinse when using on tank furniture?
