That's a young tangerine and it should turn into a hypo tangerine

Also how old will it need to be to appropriately sex this gecko. I want to get another for the tank but I want to make sure I don't get 2 males. I have done enough research to know that that would be problematic.

I would say 25 grams and you should be able to see pores and hemipenal bulges on a male, nut some are harder to sex at times.
