whats TUG and HET mean?

Iv seen these terms a lot and haven't figured out what they mean. Can some one give me a little info on TUG and HET?

TUG- The Urban Gecko...
HET- to be heterozygous for a recessive trait. Het, meaning that the gecko is "hiding" a genetic trait. Some recessive traits that are common on here: RAPTOR, Tremper Albino, Bell Albino, Rainwater/Las Vegas Albino, Blizzard, Eclipse (non-albino version of RAPTOR), Patternless...

This is true as far as it goes, but it is not the complete definition. A creature can be heterozygous for a dominant trait, too.
