Wheezing from my leo?

My leo, Squirt, had a little encounter with my cat 2 months ago, resulting in a puncture to the skin over the lungs, but he/she healed with no problem. Here lately ive heard a whistle when he/she breathes, but im not sure if this is caused by the cat or just a totally different issue. Theres no nose discharge or anything like that.
