Hey guys,
I tried looking for some posts on wheezing geckos but did not find anything really. I picked Dots up today and noticed that she was wheezing. Should I be concerned? I noticed some people mention respiratory infection...how would I know? I'm keeping an eye on her. The temps are pretty low but she's going to be moving into a newer tank soon (just waiting for the tank to air dry then decorate it) and the new tank has better matts that hit the right temps. If in fact it is a respiratory infection, will it go away if I keep the tank extra clean for a while? or will I have to see a vet? I'm willing to go to a vet, I'll just need to find one first as my last vet was an unhappy experience to say the least. Dots is pooping fine and eating like crazy still. She continues to gain weigh and she runs around all day and is not lethargic at all. There are no signs of any changes in her behaviour thus far.
Any help would be nice.
Thanks in advance!
