When is a dalamation considered a Super dalmation?

I cant seem to find a good answer(then again it seems like its similar with leos and being hypos, Super hypos and the carrot tail stuff) Dalmations are my fav and i wanna make sure I know when its a super and labeled properly or if its someone just selling it as anything. Obviously super dals are more so I wanna be sure:3 Thanks
