when is it to late to ad a male to a gravid female

when is it to late to add a male to a female? I noticed one of my girls looking like she had eggs so I put her with my male. I was wondering when is it to late to intro a male to a female thats slightly showing eggs or showing that she's getting bigger in the belly area. Also if a male and female has hooked up in the past and she has layed from that incounter can she get pregnant again from that past incounter?

They can retain sperm and lay fertile eggs more than once from a singal inconter. I bought a ovulating female that I kept by her self and she laid an infertile clutch followed by a clutch with 1 fertile egg. As far as the deadline for mating I don't know that one.

thanks, I have a female that laid for my male once already and looks as if she's forming eggs again. I put her in with him but I will go ahead and move her to my preggy box lol
