Wondering when people "spot clean" what exactly would be happening. For my flooring is paper towel, so i really cant clean spot, need to remove whole paper towel. Or are people waiting for the little mess to dry then take it out? Was wondering because if i where to spot clean every day that would be a TON of paper towels.

I use 1/2 of a piece of paper towel folded over itself twice(so 2 folds) in the poo corner and I replace it every time nature calls. Sometimes they miss and I have to replace all of the paper, but most of the time it works. I buy the paper towels that are already are perforated into small sheets and I use one small sheet for the toilet.

You could cut a square to replace just the corner piece and keep doing that depending on how many geckos you have. I used to do that for the tank room and i would let them poo like 2-3 times before changing the square. What most people mean when they say spot cleaning though is cleaning the geckos poo asap, and is usually reccomended when a gecko needs a more sterile healing environment for like a dropped tail or parasites. In my opinion, a healthy gecko can survive fine with a few poops in there and by leaving a few in there I've noticed its helped pin down poo locations for wayward poopers. Haha hope that helps :)

I fold toilet paper in their poop corner, and replace that as soon as its soiled. For the less "accurate" ones, just make the paper lining longer.

Yeah, my little girl always poops in the same corner, so i just have a piece cut there that i can easily change whenever i see some droppings :) Definitely easier then constantly changing all the power towel.
