where did the enigma come from???

Are enigmas just luck of the draw? it seems like nobody says how to breed them?

The Enigma gene first arose in Mark Bell''s collection. You have to have at least one Enigma breeder to make more Enigmas. I think it's believed to work somewhat like a co-dominant trait. Although it's not been confirmed that there's a "Super" form.
