Where to buy food+food supplies

I am wondering if there is a place I can buy superworms and superworm food all in one place. And maybe water crystals? There doesn't seem to be a website that sells all three at once.

Amazon just has free shipping on wheat bran...


and what are opinions on water crystals for superworms? Should I stick to carrots (what I use now)?

in terms of superworm food like the substrate i find it more cost effective to purchase the cheapest price worms i can find along with purchasing wheat bran wholesale. using water gel with the worms is a no no because itncan wet the substrate and cause it to mold. stick with potatos and carrots.

you can probably buy a huge bag and save money by buying it a tsc (tractor supply company). our if you dont want something like a 50lb bag just walmart or any store like that.

Yeah my wifes family lives in basically farm country for our state and they have a supply store close by and I pay $8 for a 50 pound bag. thats way to much for me so i normally split it 2 or 3 ways.
