Where to order?

I am hoping this isn't considered a no-go topic.. but where do you order bugs from? I just gave Mulberry Farms a big chunk of change (though counting the mealies about 1500 bugs and some food for them). I want to make sure there are not better places to order from! I have a very hungry Dragon who is on a cricket strike. The Dubai colony hasn't taken off yet so I am having to buy pretty much everything they eat.

If my overgrown hornworms cocoon I am hoping they will breed since they are expensive breeders.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

About 98% of what I feed is mealworms and the best place price wise I have found is Grubco. I get 5K at a time and including shipping im only out $30. For my cave geckos I just get crickets at the local reptile store and when some of my breeding females are hungry for some wax worms for their post season beef-up I usually just compare prices online. I rarely get butterworms anymore because they are soooo expensive.

Mulberry farms has butterworms on sale right now, but they are still about 14 cents each.. not counting shipping. I can't give the Dragon mealworms. She isn't big enough for superworms yet either... I will be happy when she is! The Geckos are much cheaper to feed, that is for sure.

Tosha, you might check out http://greatlakeshornworm.com/. They have baby supers as well as plenty of other quality feeders you may be interested in, and shipping is reasonable.

wow grubco sounds great! I guess i wont mention who I get my mealies from lol but I can get 4000 more mealworms for the same price I pay for my 1000 mealworms haha

I purchase all my meal worms, super worms, and crickets from local reptile shows from who ever is giving the best prices.

my Dubia i get from a few different places even though i have a breeding colony since my animal collection is constantly growing i like to purchase a mixed nymph order from friends on here that give me a great price! :main_thumbsup:
