which one is better to feed to your leopard gecko. meal worms,crickets, or wax worms?

I think it depends on your gecko and your situation. I feed supers to all of my leos, mealies to my babies, and I have a few AFT's that will only eat crickets. I use supers because they're easier to keep and feed.

my leos only eat crickets with an occasional wax worm for a treat.
