White and yellow

What exactly are the genetics in a white and yellow? Is it dominant or recessive?

It is not hypo related but I think that most of the people working with them have done that cross. My friend have very brighter one than mine but it is always better to start from scratch!!!!!

Actually the hypo is very much so related to the W/Y's. It's due to the originator selectively breeding for that trait with the W/Y's. It is very much so possible to add pattern back into them but it will take roughly 2-4 years to do so.

I saw a white and yellow banded gecko the other day. Is it really a thousand dollar gecko?

No hypo were introduced to the W&Y until they start proving genetics. Now there colors gets brighter by crossing them to SHTCT and people might like those more but not me. The first W&Y came from crossing normal looking animals not hypos i.e. they are not hypo related!!!!!

Ok I guess what I meant to say is that the Hypo is IN the White and Yellow morph. I'm sorry I used the wrong wording in the sentence.
