White flecks can indicate a kind of 'dandruff' that usually means the geckos will be shedding soon. Also, your hot side temps are too cold. You need 90-94 degrees surface temperature where the gecko's tummy would be. You don't need any kind of lighting other than normal daylight for you gecko.

How do I get it hotter? I have a heating mat on and the ceramic heat emitter on the same side.. what more could I do? The temp is the air temperature, not the surface temp. Where their tummies would touch is way hotter. Thank you.
