white spots

Hello,
I have two leopard geckos, a male and a female. I have noticed lately that they both white spots above their ears and on their tails (more so on the female). The look similar to when they are getting ready to shed but they have stayed even after shedding. The have mated recently and I have read that they can tend to bite each other during mating. Does anyone know if this is from that or if it is something else. I'm afraid of it being some type of fungus or something. I'm really not educated in anything regarding these times of problems. My male is 8 years old and the famale is 3, and neither one of them have ever had anything like this before. This is the first year they have mated so I'm hoping this has something to do with it. If needed I can try to post pictures. Thanks for any help!

I have never heard of the white spots, either, and may not be able to help you, but it's hard to say without pics, so that would definitely help us help you :)

Thats it perfectly ok. Its looks like left over shed on those places or it could be calcium junk on them. I think the shed got stuck on some places because they do bite each other and so the cuts dont shed and they look like that.
