The ember cant be a straight cross if its eyes show the eclipse gene though. So it must of been back breed at least once I would think.

The Ember is a patternless RAPTOR, I believe? A Murphy Patternless can never have a pattern, no matter what you breed it to. If it had a pattern, it wouldn't be a patternless.

I know that in theory, assuming the striped gene is a simple recessive, if you crossed a stripe with a patternless on paper the probability would look like this:

25% Het. stripe, Het. patternless
25% Het. stripe, Homozygous patternless
25% Homozygous stripe, Het. patternless
25% Homozygous stripe, Homozygous patternless

In the real world, it doesn't do that since the Murphy Patternless is a completely independent, simple recessive genetic morph. You cannot compare it to the 'patternless' in the albino morphs because those geckos are created with pattern combinations of the same genetic morph... an albino. A Murphy Patternless was not 'created' by combining anything. It is a random genetic mutation.

For example, to create a Murphy patternless albino like an LVPA, it doesn't matter what the pattern is of the LV albino used. If it is crossed with Murphy patternless, ALL the offspring would be double recessive hets for both traits, and look like normals. A homozygous PA (expressing both traits) will always be 'patternless'.

Tremper albino eclipse patternless stripe X Tremper (M)patternless = 100%albino's het eclipse & (M)patternless.

THEN..

Albino het eclipse & (M)patternless X albino het eclipse & (M)patternless = 100% albino's and any body pattern from jungles, striped, reverse striped, patternless striped, possibly some standed banded some will have eclipse eyes some not as it's a het eclipse to het eclipse breeding. And ofcourse (M)patternless and the ones with eclipse eyes are Albino eclipse patternless-AKA-EMBER.

Has any body ever gotten stripes and rev stripes out of RAPTOR x patty/RAPTOR/APTOR pairing? Ive searched about this and havent found anything that shows that specifically. Ive seen rev stripes come out but not stripes or the other way around. Or..... :D :D ....has anybody else(;)) made a RAPTOR from scratch using eclipse stripes and rev stripe trempers/bell/rw's? I mean from like some eclipse eyed stripe het bell x rev stripe bell type scratch.:D :main_robin:

Well I am makeing a program for this. So Im just asking about what I dont know. Ive been working on this for a while and am puting alot of my time into this.... now a couple people have seen the "rough draft" With more "Names" and facts I have... I can be more accurate.... Since theres certain things I dont know I cant make a real complete program.

Sure crossing Stripes or any pattern gene with Blizzards is pointless, but what about the Blizzard Enigma? Maybe you could eventually get a stripe on one considering they seem to show some pattern... Just a thought... ;)

there were some jungles and stripes that hatched out of the double het Ember breedings (banded albinos 100% het Raptor & (M)patternless)--some really nice ones...and some banded Raptors 66% het patternless and pretty much all the variation that you would expect from the Raptor gene complex (I like to call it a "complex" cause it seems more accurate and honest) I have the first male Ember hatched and he is quite special, he was a gift, (pet only) his eyes are not only solid red, but they are about 3 times the size that they should be! that's why I won't be breeding him. I'll have to post a pic :)
