Why is this happening?good or bad?

it looks like my leopard gecko is darkening without any reason. Good or bad?. i noticed it from the snout. Or my leopard gecko just got colored by the moss in his hide? what do you think? ill post the pics soon.

A few things could be going on...
I have coconut fiber in my leos moist hides, and I notice that they get dark with "dirt". they literally get dirty. lol.
Also, when a leo is too cold, they can darken. what are your temps?

i think i've got 25-30. that's my bathroom temp. but i'd be getting infrared lamps tom.

25-30C is a little cool for leos. You want your floor temp to be in between 33-36 degrees Celcius. (thats around 92-96F) I suggest getting an Under Tank Heater (UTH).
