One: they are always way over priced ( 4 cent per mealworm in my area)
two: they are sold really little( My mealworms look like babies)
three: Fed the bare minimum to survive aka poor quality.

Yep, it's SO worth it to buy in bulk. I bought a few tubs of waxworms from ***** this week because my regular feeder supplier has been out forever, and there were 34, 36, and 29 worms in each "50 Count" tub. :main_rolleyes:

I had to call and complain the other day, too. I ran out of supers, so I had to get a container while waiting for my shipment. I bought 50 large superworms. When I got home and counted, there were 14 small ones in the container.:main_angry: The time before there were 25 in the 50 count. So now I have to call before I come in and they're going to give me a free 50 count, but it's frustrating because I needed them that day and I live 30+ minutes away. Buying online and having them shipped is sooooo much better!
