Just caught the first clutch of the season being born the other morning... grabbed the camera just in time.

5 minutes after these guys were born momma dropped some more eggs. An exciting morning!

just asking if when they hatch they are still in the incubator and you leave them for 2 days without checking do they die?

Also when you notice that they hatched should you remove them immediately from the incubator?

I'd expect that most of the time they'd be fine so long as there was sufficient air flow, but its longer than I'd like to leave them in. No reason not to check on them daily.

I know some people let the babies chill in the incubator, but I usually take 'em out right after hatching and put them in their already prepared enclosure. Then I let them chill for a few days before pestering them to get a better look.
