So my last two babies are due to hatch in approximately two weeks and they are female. I'm hoping that my first hatchling is male (I incubated at 86) as these last two will definitely be female (incubated at 82). So if the female babies hatch at the end of July/Beginning of August, will I be able to use them next season if they are over 50 grams by then?

A healthy weight gain is 7-10 grams per month so it is Feb they could be 50-60 grams. My males normally do 9-10 grams a month easy but my females are closer to the 7-8 grams.

Also I have read that females born later in the year July/Aug/Sept have a late breeding season compared to others their first year. So if that is true you can get a few more months of growth before you start to breed.

So to short answer is maybe. Just make sure to feed well and hope they don't start to ovulate that will slow their growth.
